beeW provides access to a nationwide network of doctors, with appointments available Monday to Friday. Each consultation begins with a comprehensive wellness assessment, allowing the treating doctor to understand the individual’s circumstances and discuss appropriate next steps. Any clinical decision, including whether prescribing is appropriate, remains independently with the treating doctor.

Where treatment and prescribing are considered clinically appropriate, the doctor may develop an individualised plan and explain the follow-up process. beeW’s service includes two follow-up calls within 60 days, helping patients stay informed about appointment, prescription-administration and dispensing steps. Our team is available to provide practical support and clear communication throughout the process.

We also coordinate with our pharmacy network to help make the dispensing journey straightforward. Priority medication delivery and same-day dispensing may be available where a valid prescription has been issued, the selected pharmacy participates, stock is available and relevant cut-off times or delivery locations allow. These services are not guaranteed, but our team will communicate available options clearly.
